Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Camp Mack was overall enjoyable, with clean and comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere. The convenient boat launching options were a great perk, and the food truck offered tasty meals. However, the experience was somewhat marred by unexpected fees and a lack of amenities. I also found the limited food options off-site to be a drawback during my stay.
I recently stayed at Liar's Lodge for a couple of nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and the lodge had a great community vibe, making it easy to feel at home. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a highlight. However, the remote location meant that dining options were limited, and the food truck's hours were not always convenient for my schedule.
I had a wonderful time at Camp Mack, enjoying the rustic charm and engaging outdoor activities like fishing and airboat rides. The community vibe was lovely with live music and friendly guests. However, my experience was slightly tainted due to some changes made by the new owners affecting check-in times and service quality, which fell short of my expectations.
Camp Mack offers a charming, rustic ambiance that truly transports you back in time. The outdoor activities and community vibe create a memorable experience, and the clean rooms provide comfort for families. It's a bit remote, but the excellent dining options from the food truck and engaging events like live music are fantastic highlights. However, the lack of a full restaurant might not suit everyone's preferences.
This lodge is nestled in a beautiful natural setting, perfect for a peaceful getaway. I found the rooms to be spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. While there are some dining options available, having a full breakfast service would enhance the experience. Overall, it's a charming place with plenty of outdoor activities, but it's a bit remote, which could be a downside for some travelers.
